Why students choose Queensland.

More than 100,000 international students from over 160 countries study in Queensland.
Most students in Brisbane choose one of 3 universities: the University of Queensland, Queensland University of Technology or Griffith University. Australian Catholic University, James Cook University, Torrens University, Victoria University and the University of Southern Queensland also have campuses in and around the city.
Brisbane sits between the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, and it is the gateway to Moreton Bay, the Great Barrier Reef and the Whitsunday Islands. The airport is 20 minutes from the city centre. Buses, trains and river ferries make getting around easy, and students pay concession fares.
The city is known for its sunny climate, large parks and multicultural community.
